ReviewSlider is operated from Finland and stores its data in the EU. This page describes what is collected and why. Questions go to support@reviewslider.com.

What we store about you as a customer

Your email address and a hashed password, the collections you create, and the reviews you import. Billing, when you are on a paid plan, is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.

What the widget collects from your visitors

One row per slider view: which collection was shown and when. No cookie is set on your visitors, no identifier is stored, and the data is not shared with anyone. It exists to count the views your plan is measured against.

Reviews

Reviews you import contain names and text written by your customers on public platforms. You are the controller of that content; we process it on your behalf. Deleting a review in the dashboard deletes it from our database.

Your rights

You can export your reviews as CSV at any time and delete your account from the dashboard, which removes your collections, reviews and view rows. Ask us and we will confirm in writing what was removed.
